At Intech Fire & Security Ltd, we understand the importance of a prompt response for a call out. As an NSI approved company, we work to their industry standards which require a response within 4 hours of the time you are next due to set the system. We frequently respond much more quickly than this guideline and aim to meet our customers’ needs and expectations at all times. Although within industry guidelines there are longer response times for other systems such as CCTV and Access systems, we aim to meet this 4 hour response time across the board.

There are occasions where we have to implement a priority system for call outs, for example following heavy storms or large scale power cuts. When faced with this, our priority response will first go to

  • – Customers with faults to life safety systems, e.g. fire alarm systems
  • – Hospices
  • – Schools
  • – Vulnerable individuals

Where possible, remote or telephone assistance will be offered for systems that can be remotely accessed. If assistance can be scheduled as a booked appointment at a later date, this can be discussed and agreed with the customer.

In instances such as this, please be assured that all of our customers are important to us and we will reach all customers and resolve any faults as quickly as possible.
